Hey there! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday! Can you believe it's almost 2014? I'm sure you all are thinking about resolutions to make for the New Year. Perhaps you want to be healthier, nicer to the environment, or live more compassionately? If you're not already, maybe now is a good time to give veganism a try. Here to inspire you today in the next installment of the My Vegan Story series, is Christy Morgan, author of Blissful Bites: Vegan Meals That Nourish Mind, Body, and Planet, blogger at The Blissful Chef, and founder of Wellness Reboot, a revolutionary wellness coaching program that helps people build healthier, happier lives. She is one amazing woman and I'm constantly impressed by her spirit and drive when it comes to helping people. I'm so happy to have Christy here today to share her journey to veganism!

Thank You for sharing. I love to cook too, most importantly I love to serve people vegan food when they have no idea that they are eating it, they rave about it then tell me they are glad I did not bring anything vegan lol. Later on I let them in on the little secret. For my new years resolution I want to "better" my cooking skills. I would LOVE to go to a vegan cooking school to learn knife skills and food combining. Your "vegan story" has given me that extra push to really go for it, Thanks
Christy
Wow awesome!! Let me know how I can help on your journey!

Great story Christy! I totally agree about learning to cook and getting into fitness - both are so empowering! Also your insights on avoiding family get-togethers that revolve around non-vegan food really resonates with me. You are so joyful and beautiful: thank you for sharing your story!

Great to see the Blissful Chef here and read Christy's story! I always love hearing how people came to this lifestyle and it always seems to be the case that it's the best decision they've made- myself included!
